Welcome to BELIZIYA.
These Terms are intended to provide a simple understanding of our website, the work presented here, and where BELIZIYA currently stands.
BELIZIYA, AT PRESENT
BELIZIYA was founded in the United States and is currently in its early development and soft-launch stage.
Our places, projects and journeys are slowly taking form as we establish the relationships, registrations and operational foundations required for the work ahead.
We are not currently accepting paid journey bookings through this website.
Information presented here introduces the world we are building. Some elements remain in development and may evolve as BELIZIYA grows.
USING THIS WEBSITE
This website exists to introduce BELIZIYA, share our philosophy and developing work, and create connections with people who may wish to follow, travel with, collaborate with or take part in what we are building.
We try to keep everything presented here thoughtful and accurate.
Because BELIZIYA is still developing, information about journeys, destinations, places, projects, availability, pricing, inclusions and future initiatives may change.
Where something is still taking form, we aim to say so clearly.
BELIZIYA JOURNEYS
BELIZIYA Journeys are currently in development.
Information about destinations, duration, anticipated pricing, experiences or inclusions is provided to introduce the journeys we are creating. It does not constitute an offer, confirmed reservation or booking agreement.
Paid bookings are not yet open.
When BELIZIYA becomes fully operational and begins accepting journey bookings, travelers will receive clear booking terms describing applicable prices, payments, inclusions, cancellations, refunds, traveler responsibilities and other important arrangements before making a commitment.
TAKING PART
During this early stage, BELIZIYA welcomes conversations with people who feel connected to what we are building and may wish to bring their time, knowledge, skills, experience or ideas to it.
An expression of interest, email or other conversation with BELIZIYA does not by itself create employment, partnership, agency, contractual or other formal relationship.
Where a particular collaboration or arrangement requires additional terms, those will be discussed separately.
PROJECTS TAKING FORM
Some places, collections, sanctuaries, community initiatives, journeys and other projects described throughout BELIZIYA are still being explored or developed.
References to future projects represent our present direction and intentions. They should not be understood as guarantees that a project will launch, operate in a particular form or become available by a particular date.
As things become real, we will say so.
OUR RELATIONSHIPS
BELIZIYA is being developed through relationships with people, places, communities, makers, practitioners and other independent parties in different parts of the world.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, mentioning or linking to another person, organization, community or business does not necessarily mean that person or organization formally endorses, represents or is legally affiliated with BELIZIYA.
COMMUNITY & MISSION-LED WORK
BELIZIYA is being built around a wider intention to create positive relationships between human × nature × place × community.
Some community initiatives and mission-led projects described on this website remain aspirations or works in development.
Where we discuss future support for communities, nonprofit initiatives or other forms of positive contribution, we intend to distinguish clearly between what we hope to do and what has actually occurred.
We will not represent an intended future contribution as one already made.
OUR WORDS & WORK
Unless otherwise indicated, BELIZIYA's original writing, branding, artwork, design elements and other original material on this website belong to BELIZIYA or are used with appropriate permission.
Please enjoy and share our world, but do not reproduce, sell or commercially use BELIZIYA's original material without permission.
Third-party photographs, historical works and other material remain subject to the rights applicable to their respective owners or sources.
LINKS BEYOND BELIZIYA
BELIZIYA may occasionally link to other websites, organizations or independent projects.
We provide these connections because they may be relevant to our world, but we do not control independent websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The ideas and information shared through BELIZIYA are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes.
Nothing on this website should be understood as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
AS BELIZIYA GROWS
BELIZIYA is deliberately being built slowly.
These Terms may therefore evolve alongside the project, including as our company structure, operations and journeys become fully established.
When meaningful changes are made, the current version and updated date will appear here.
